This description of the ideals and the real conditions of the Early Childhood Education (ECD) in Indonesia has been described in detail in the previous chapters in the book Great Development Framework Indonesia early childhood period 2011-2025. But to remind and reinforce national commitments about how important it was held "ECD National Movement", In summary expectations and actual conditions of early childhood education in Indonesia need to be raised again.
Great ideals of early childhood development in Indonesia is the Indonesian wants to deliver a child into the comprehensive intelligent child. It is expected that they would become an instrument of nation-building and investment as expected. Therefore, the early childhood education system within the framework of national and human resource development are mendasar and should be a major concern. However, by the end of 2010 early childhood development in Indonesia is still not reached expectations, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively, the construction of a new early childhood APK reached 53.70 %. Likewise qualitatively, as described previously ; achievement of quality early childhood education is not showing as expected as well. The more striking difference, when compared with other countries, the position of Indonesia, including early childhood development gains lagged.
The picture suggests we need a special action, even extra support from all parties in order to achievement of early childhood building can be more quickly realized. The most rational action and allow is to build awareness of all components and resources of the nation and national self-reliance potential to be together and work together to move and participate in early childhood development. Therefore, activities that can " mobilize " all potential needs to be rolled out. The activity was conducted in the form of: "ECD National Movement".
